Attorney Profiles

Mr. Bemiller, a Mansfield native, has developed the reputation as a premier business lawyer, practicing primarily in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Probate and Estate Planning.  He is a magna cum laude graduate of Ohio University, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and is also a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.  He has 45 years of legal experience, presently serving as Of Counsel to the Firm.  Mr. Bemiller returned to Mansfield to join the Firm in the early 1960's after serving as a staff judge advocate in the United States Air Force.  Mr. Bemiller's involvement as a community leader and volunteer has been extensive and impressive.  He has served on and held leadership roles in many, many community boards and committees over the years, some of which were the Richland County Regional Sewer Board, the Richland County Foundation, the Mansfield-Richland Educational Foundation, Inc., the Mansfield-Richland Chamber of Commerce, Mansfield Richland County Public Library, Paramount/IHNO Joint Venture and the MedCentral Health System Board, where he also served as Chairman of the Board.  In addition, he has served as the National YMCA Drug Task Force Chairman and as Trustee/Co-Manager for the Pryor Foundation.   Mr. Bemiller is a member of the Ohio State and Richland County Bar Associations.
